Overview
Designed and executed simultaneous paid campaigns for Anuda Construction, Mart, Architect, and Recruitment verticals. Implemented advanced funnel tracking, Meta CAPI, audience segmentation by property type and budget range, and A/B tested 50+ ad creatives. Built a custom PHP reporting panel for real-time campaign visibility.

Anuda Group had 4 separate business verticals (Construction, Mart, Architect, Recruitment) with zero digital marketing infrastructure. No CRM, no tracking, no brand presence, no consistent lead flow. Each vertical needed a distinct audience, creative strategy, and funnel — all managed in-house with a lean team.

Solution
Built the entire performance marketing stack from scratch — campaign architecture for each vertical, pixel and GA4 setup, Bitrix24 CRM with lead scoring, landing pages, and a custom PHP admin dashboard replacing ₹40K/month of SaaS tools. Ran 125 Meta campaigns with continuous creative testing, audience segmentation, and weekly optimization cycles. Also launched YouTube from 195 to 2,401 subscribers organically.
